Connexions Home
Connexions is a service for all young people in England aged 13-19. Everyone in this age group has a Connexions Personal Adviser. Although based in school, Connexions is an independent service as we are not employed by the school.
Everyone will have a Connexions discussion at some point before the end of Year 11 to talk through what you might want to do when you leave school. We also support you if you are having problems in any area of your life that might affect your ability to move successfully into further education, training or work.
Personal Advisers offer information, advice, guidance and support on a range of issues for young people, including relationships, drugs and alcohol as well as careers.
We are not specialists in all areas affecting young people and if we are not able to help you, we will refer you, with your permission, to a service that can. We are able to speak to other professionals on your behalf if necessary and if you give your consent.
