Positive Steps Careers Adviser

The Gatsby 8 careers meeting delivered at school, through the Positive Steps Charity, in Oldham, is tailored support, to explore individual goals, needs and aspirations, and often involves smart action planning. The meetings are expected for all learners making significant choices, particularly for year 9 options, as well as post 16 and post 18 options.

This impartial meeting therefore, is a one-on-one, personalised guidance session with a level 6 qualified careers adviser, to help a student understand their aspirations, interests, and career options, enabling them to make informed choices about careers and pathways.
