Senior Student Team

As the Senior Student Team, we aim to be role models to not only our sixth form but to the school as a whole.

We intend to tackle important matters including mental health, mentoring, student voice and forming strong links across the school.

There is a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities available to Sixth Form students including NC News, dissection club, sport teams, the Duke of Edinburgh Award and Young Enterprise, to name just a few.

As a school, we also offer mentoring schemes to support the learning of younger students. The Senior Student Team will be leading on this to raise awareness of the scheme and ensure its success.

In addition to this, there is a clear focus on fundraising throughout our school to support our chosen charity. The Senior Student Team organise and run events including bake sales, the much-anticipated Christmas Markets and Valentine’s Day activities to help raise money.

Alongside this we support all students in finding work experience and extra opportunities to prepare them for their future careers.

We truly believe that the work we put in this year will ensure that all students in our Sixth Form uphold the values we know will result in the continuing success of all.
